How it works:
- Horse manure is being fed to the system using a hopper.
- Using a screw conveyor, the manure will be transported to the crusher/separator unit to remove lumps and plastics and other materials that were mixed with the manure.
- After separating and crushing, another screw conveyor will transport the manure to two (2) reactors wherein it will be thoroughly mixed and be treated with enzymes. The reactors are being operated using a Program Logic Control (PLC). Each reactor has an optimum capacity of 3.75 tons.
- Approximately after eighteen (18) hours of continuous process, the treated manure will now be transferred to the packaging system wherein It will be now be ready for packing.
